Hatcher Cole FOP Lodge No.38 does not affiliate with any political group or endorse any political candidates. We are here solely to support our law enforcement officers, their families and our community.
Applications are only accepted from February 1st through March 31st of every year.
Scholarship Award Winners
Congratulations to our 2024 scholarship recipients, Morgan Hockman, Juliana Klapper, Ashley Marken, and Carter Winston, for their outstanding academic achievements.

This year we received 9 applications for four scholarships. The Hatcher Cole FOP Lodge 38 scholarship committee chose these four students because of their strong academic achievements and their willingness to help both their school and community by volunteering and participating in extracurricular activities.
​
Again congratulations and good luck to all four of you. Morgan will be attending Christopher Newport University, Juliana will attend Centenary University, Ashley will attend Virginia Tech and Carter will attend J. Sargeant Reynolds this coming fall.
Congratulations to our 2023 scholarship recipients, Jason Cooper, Addison Six and Tyler Stevens, for their outstanding academic achievements.

This year we received 8 applications for three scholarships. The Hatcher Cole FOP Lodge 38 scholarship committee chose these three students because of their strong academic achievements and their willingness to help both their school and community by volunteering and participating in extracurricular activities.

Again congratulations and good luck to all three of you. Jason will be attending the University of North Georgia, Addison will be attending James Madison University and Tyler will be attending Christopher Newport University this fall.

This year we received 11 applications for three scholarships. The Hatcher Cole FOP Lodge 38 scholarship committee chose these three young women because of their strong academic achievements and a willing to help their school and their community by volunteering and participating in extracurricular activities.

This year we received 18 applications making it one of the hardest selection years we have seen. The Hatcher Cole FOP Lodge 38 scholarship committee chose these two young women because of their strong academic achievements and a willing to help their school and their community by volunteering and participating in extracurricular activities.
